Quick answers about working with IPSC on corrugated and folding carton projects.
Tap a question to read the answer. For project-specific detail, contact us with dimensions and volumes.
Do you manufacture all types of cartons?
We cover the major commercial formats—single-wall and multi-wall corrugated, retail and industrial cases, trays, many folding-carton styles, honeycomb structures, and roll stock. If your geometry is unusual, send a sketch; structural feasibility is what we verify every day.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MOQs depend on board width, print setup, and tooling. Small trials for new SKUs are often possible, but the most economical unit cost appears once runs align with corrugator and print efficiency. Tell us your annual volume band and we will be direct about what makes sense.
How long does quoting take?
Simple repeats can move quickly. New structures, export specs, or custom print may need a few days for material checks and routing review. The fastest quotes arrive when you share dimensions, quantities, delivery region, and any artwork or sample photos up front.
What artwork files do you prefer?
Vector files (PDF/AI/EPS) with fonts outlined or embedded, spot colours named clearly, and die-lines on a separate layer help pre-press. High-resolution links for flexo or offset work reduce rework. If you are unsure, ask—we can provide a short checklist.
Can you supply samples before production?
Yes. Prototype samples or digital proofs are part of our standard project flow for new work. Complex export packs sometimes need two sample rounds; we flag that early.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
IPSC already supports customers in multiple countries. Share your incoterm preference, pallet pattern limits, and any import documentation you need so logistics and compliance stay in sync.
How do sustainability claims work?
Claims must match certificates and material lots. Our Sustainability program page explains how we approach recycled content, certified fibre, and plant-based options honestly—without over-promising.
Who do I contact to start?
Use the contact form or phone numbers in the site footer. Include product category, approximate size/weight, and target timing so the right technical owner picks up the thread.
